Trihex Pavers Installation Process ๐งฑ 0792 858 859
1. Site preparation โ Clear the area and excavate to the required depth.
2. Ground compaction โ Level and compact the subgrade properly for a strong foundation.
3. Sub-base preparation โ Install and compact the appropriate hardcore/base material.
4. Sand bedding โ Spread a uniform layer of bedding sand and level it.
5. Laying Trihex pavers โ Carefully arrange the Trihex pavers in the desired pattern, maintaining tight and consistent joints.
6. Edge restraints โ Secure the edges to prevent movement of the pavers.
7. Joint filling โ Sweep fine, dry sand into the joints.
8. Final compaction โ Compact the finished surface with a plate compactor to lock the pavers together.
9. Finishing โ Add more jointing sand where necessary, clean the surface, and inspect the completed work.
