We have designed a proposal for their warehouse to house all functions and goods provided by the company. This will be a gamechanger.

The long-awaited West Pokot County Assembly Complex is on the homestretch.

Designed to host the county assembly chambers, a speaker’s gallery, a public gallery, a press gallery, staff offices, and recreation spaces, the magnificent complex in the heart of Kapenguria Town is a game changer.

Rising 6 No. of floors above ground, the building is brightly painted as a result of a design to place a landmark and enforce its presence among the residents of the county.

We are proud to have envisioned, designed, and overseen the construction of a building that will handle county matters and strengthen the concept of devolution.

To meet the rising demand for housing units in the County of Mombasa, we designed a proposal for a new housing estate and redevelopment of 6 No. old estates.

This proposed development in Tudor, North of Mombasa Old Town is divided into three implementable phases. Phase 1 sitting on 7 acres of land will provide 376 three-bedroom units, 672 two-bedroom units, 288 one-bedroom units, and 156 studio apartment units. It will also have a commercial center with 36 shops and a grade school.

Phase 2 sitting on 8 acres of land will provide 376 three-bedroom units, 768 two-bedroom units, 288 one-bedroom units, and 168 studio apartment units. It will also have a commercial center with 36 shops.

Phase 3 sitting on 7 acres of land will provide 188 three-bedroom units, 288 two-bedroom units, 288 one-bedroom units, and 84 studio apartment units. This phase will also provide a commercial center with 18 shops, a community center, a hotel and marina, and a boardwalk to the seafront.

We broke ground for the construction of Tiddy Square in Thindigua, Kiambu Road.

Designed to take advantage of a corner plot at a junction of two roads in the primes of Thindigua, we have provided commercial rooms at the ground floor and a basement parking for easy access and movement.

Our market research concluded that studio and one-bedroom apartments would be a huge success for the investors due to the growing younger population in the area. By adding exceptional common areas such as a gym and a roof terrace, we enhance the attractive functional aspects of the building that respond to the younger generation.

The building is expected to take 15 months to completion.

We have taken our architectural prowess to Juba, South Sudan, by proposing a world-class Level 6 equivalent hospital for our client in the city.

The hospital design is targeted to provide outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics, and specialty clinics in 6 No. floors above ground. The main circulation consists of 2 No. bed lifts, staircases, and a circulation ramp. The hospital services circulation is separated from normal hospital activities through a service lift and vertical circulation staircase.

The design is intended to make use of local materials such as bricks and blocks and use of ACP cladding panels for aesthetics and climate control.

The project is at the design stage.

The Woodley Springs Apartments, completed in 2016 is a timeless, contemporary residential development located along Suna Road off Ngong Road in Nairobi.

This building provides a total of 43 units made up of 2 and 3-bedroom units. It provides parking spaces on the ground floor and the basement.

The building is characterized by large French windows, balconies with picturesque views, master ensuites, and high-end finishes.
