This one came together for a client who wanted room to grow, four solid bedrooms, a home office, and a rooftop level built for evening hangouts with family.
Downstairs: an open kitchen flowing straight into the dining and lounge area, plus one guest bedroom tucked away for visitors or an older parent living with the family.
Upstairs: three more bedrooms, including a master with its own private balcony, and a quiet office for the work-from-home days.
Up top: a rooftop level with a BBQ area, a resting space, and a bonus room, because sometimes a house needs a spot just for unwinding.
