Better Globe Forestry was honoured to welcome Matthieu Labeau, Head of the Economic and Commercial Delegation at the Embassy of Belgium in Nairobi in Kenya, and Jo De Witte, Advisor Diplomatic Relations at the Government of the Brussels-Capital Region, for a field visit to our operations in Kiambere.
The visit offered a chance to experience dryland forestry in practice, from walking through our plantations and visiting farmers, to seeing the resilience of Melia volkensii and our ongoing Acacia trials for gum arabic production.
A meaningful reminder that the real impact of forestry is best understood in the field.
