外気浴の椅子に座ると、眼下に広がる街の夜景を眺めながらゆっくり過ごせます。
空間の中心には、厚さ19mmの鉄板を使ったキッチン。
サウナの後はここに人が集まり、料理を囲みながら自然と食事や会話が始まります。
このキッチンを中心に、人が集まって過ごす時間をつくりました。
これからのシーズンは熊野古道の散策や紀泉アルプストレイルの拠点にお勧めです。

A private villa designed to make the most of its panoramic views.
By raising the living spaces 3.5 meters above the ground on an RC pilotis, the house opens up a wide, horizontal view of the town and the sea.
Warm up in the sauna, cool down in the cold plunge, then settle into a chair outside for some time in the open air, taking in the city lights below.
At the heart of the space is a kitchen made from a 19 mm thick steel plate.
After the sauna, people naturally gather here, cooking, sharing a meal, and enjoying conversation. The kitchen was designed as the center of the house—a place that brings people together and creates time to spend together.
As the season turns, the villa is also an ideal base for exploring the Kumano Kodo and the Kisen Alps trails.
