本日は杉並区高円寺のお客様宅へ訪問し、手すりの設置を行いました。材料はお客様支給で設置場所もお客様指定です。
トイレは下地板が必要でしたので、そちらは用意しました。ビス穴のカバーシールの色が合ってないので次回訪問時に交換したいと思います。ちょうど追加で電気工事のご依頼がございましたので。

Today’s job in Koenji, Suginami City! 🛠️✨
We installed grab bars for a lovely client. The parts were provided by the client, and we mounted them right where they needed them most!
For the bathroom, the wall needed extra backing support, so we prepared and installed a backing board to ensure it's rock-solid and safe. 🚽💪
The screw hole cover stickers didn't quite match the color, but we’ll swap those out during our next visit! We actually just received an additional electrical job from them, so we’ll be heading back soon. Always grateful for our repeat requests! 😊⚡

本日は練馬区南大泉にある保育園に行って参りました。フローリング床がささくれが所々にあるので改善して欲しいとのご依頼です。
目立つところはサンダーがけもしてワックス清掃をしてきました。
休日明けにお子様達が綺麗になった床を見て喜んでくれると嬉しいですね。

Today, we visited a local nursery school in Minami-Oizumi, Nerima! 🏫✨
The teachers reached out to us because parts of the wooden flooring had started to splinter. To make it completely safe and smooth for the little ones, we thoroughly sanded down the rough spots and finished it up with a fresh coat of wax. 🪚🫧
We can’t wait to see the kids' smiling faces when they come back after the weekend to their shiny, refreshed playroom floor! 😊💛

春頃に草むしりと剪定を依頼されましたが、今回もご依頼されました。

本日は練馬区豊玉南のお客様宅へ訪問し、玄関ドアハンドル一式交換、エアコン清掃4台、また、隣にある貸家のクロス部分張替えとリペアなどを行ってきました。
玄関ドアハンドルは生産しておらず、材料屋さんにあるだけなので早いもの勝ちです。複数の材料屋さんにあたってやっとありました。

Busy day in Toyotama-minami, Nerima! 🛠️✨
Today’s mission:
・Full replacement of the front door handle set 🚪
・Deep cleaning for 4 air conditioners ❄️🧽
・Wallpaper patch repair & touch-ups in the rental property next door 🏠🔨
Fun fact about the door handle: it’s actually out of production! Stock is limited to what suppliers have left, strictly first-come, first-served. After checking with multiple suppliers, we finally tracked one down. So glad we could make it work for the client! 🙌
No job is too big or small—taking care of homes one fix at a time. 💪

They needed hooks installed right outside each classroom door to hang room name signs. Always happy to help make daily operations smoother and safer for the teachers and kids! 🛠️😊

本日は練馬区錦のお客様で訪問し、階段の滑り止めを交換してきました。
既存の滑り止めを剥がして糊を取るのにかなり時間がかかりましたが、無事完成しました。

Upgraded the stair treads for a customer in Nerima! 🛠️✨

Removing the old anti-slip strips and cleaning off the stubborn leftover adhesive took quite a bit of time, but we got the job done perfectly. Safe and clean stairs are now ready to go!

本日は練馬区中村のお客様宅へ訪問し、雨樋の補修を行いました。
竪樋から雨水が庭に散乱されるので改善して欲しいとのことでしたので、庭の外へ延長してみました。通行する人もいないとのことでしたので、問題ないかと思います。

Visited a customer's home in Nakamura, Nerima Ward today to repair a downspout line.

The rainwater running down from the pipe was scattering all over the yard, so we extended the spout further out to keep the water flowing safely away. Since it’s not in a walkway, it should work out perfectly!

昨日は板橋区赤塚のお客様宅へ訪問しました。昨年玄関前の下屋根が傾いてきたの修理させて頂いたお客様です。柱を交換し、塗装しました。
今回はツタの撤去と草むしりを行いました。
ツタ等の植物は外壁には非常に良くないです。好きな方もいらっしゃいますが、早めの撤去をおすすめします。

Yesterday, I paid a visit to a customer’s home in Akatsuka, Itabashi-ku! 🏠✨
Last year, we repaired their sagging porch roof by replacing the support pillar and giving it a fresh coat of paint. This time, we were back to handle ivy removal and weeding around the property. 🌱🧹
While some people love the aesthetic of climbing ivy, it can actually cause serious damage to exterior walls over time. If you’ve got ivy creeping up your home, I highly recommend getting it removed sooner rather than later! 💪✨
