造園工事が終わってから2年経ち、植物の成長は見られるものの、近年の暑さ、気温が高い期間が長い為に虫の活動期間も長くなっているのか虫による食害が多い。
地植えであっても夏場は散水をしないと傷みが大きい。(特に新植えから3-4年程度は必須)
そして根本周りをあらわにしておくほうがカミキリムシの穿孔跡、木クズも発見が早くなる。
弱ってからでは取り返しのつかない事もあるので散水、虫害対策は先手を打つことが肝要
