تصميم معماري لفيلا بطابع إسلامي معاصر، و بإجمالي مساحة 900 متر مربع، تقع في منطقة الظهير. يرتكز المشروع على مبادئ العمارة الإسلامية من خلال تنظيم الفضاءات الداخلية وتوجيهها نحو فناء مركزي يحتضن بركة سباحة، لتكون القلب النابض للفيلا ومحور التواصل البصري بين مختلف الفراغات.
تتألف الفيلا من ثلاثة طوابق، حيث تطل معظم الفتحات الداخلية على الفناء، مما يعزز الخصوصية ويوفر إضاءة طبيعية هادئة ومتوازنة. في المقابل، تم تقليل عدد النوافذ على الواجهات الخارجية انسجاماً مع مفهوم الانغلاق نحو الخارج والانفتاح نحو الداخل.
تعكس الواجهات معالجة معمارية حديثة تستلهم عناصر العمارة الإسلامية، من خلال توظيف المشربيات بأسلوب بسيط ومعاصر، يوازن بين الجمالية والوظيفة، ويضفي على الكتلة طابعاً مميزاً يجمع بين الأصالة والحداثة.

Architectural design for a contemporary villa inspired by Islamic principles, with a total area of 900 square meters, located in Al Dhahir. The project is rooted in a modern reinterpretation of Islamic architecture through the spatial organization of interior spaces, all oriented around a central courtyard featuring a swimming pool that acts as the heart of the villa and a visual anchor connecting the various spaces.
The villa consists of three floors, where most openings are directed inward toward the courtyard, enhancing privacy while allowing for soft, balanced natural lighting. In contrast, the number of openings on the external façades is minimized, reflecting the concept of inward openness and outward enclosure.
The façades present a contemporary architectural treatment inspired by traditional Islamic elements, particularly through the use of mashrabiyah in a clean and modern approach that balances aesthetics and functionality, giving the building a distinctive identity that bridges heritage and modernity.
