The villa is conceived in a contemporary architectural style and comprises two distinct levels, thoughtfully arranged in response to the natural slope of the street. Each level is provided with its own independent entrance, ensuring privacy, functionality, and ease of access. Travertine stone is incorporated as a defining architectural element, accentuating selected features while introducing depth, texture, and visual richness to the elevations. The harmonious combination of crisp contemporary lines and the natural character of travertine creates a refined, elegant, and timeless façade.

A private modern villa located in Salt, Jordan, designed in a refined contemporary style that celebrates the character of the local landscape and materials.
The architectural language combines locally sourced stone, expansive glazing, HPL cladding, and clean linear detailing, creating a sophisticated dialogue between traditional Jordanian materiality and contemporary architecture.
The design is organized around a strong linear axis or architectural spine, which connects the main spaces and establishes a clear sense of movement through the villa.
This spine extends toward the landscape, carefully framing the panoramic view and creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior.

مشاركتنا في دار رئاسه الوزراء بالجلسة الحوارية المتخصصة التي خُصصت لمناقشة قضايا الطاقة والمياه والبيئة والاستدامة بحضور أصحاب المعالي الوزراء المختصين ونخبه من الخبراء المعنيين والتي تناولت مشروع مدينة عمرة بوصفه أحد المشاريع الوطنية الطموحة ذات البعد التنموي الشامل.

وقد أكدنا خلال الجلسة أن مدينة عمرة تمثل نموذجاً متقدماً للمدن الذكية المستدامة، القائمة على التكامل بين التخطيط الحضري الحديث، وكفاءة استخدام الطاقة، والإدارة الذكية للمياه، وحماية البيئة، بما ينسجم مع أفضل الممارسات العالمية في المدن الخضراء الصديقة للبيئة.

إن نجاح مدينة عمرة لا يكمن في حجمها أو مكوناتها العمرانية فحسب، بل في رؤيتها التنموية الشمولية التي تضع الاستدامة وجودة الحياة في صلب القرار التخطيطي، وتؤسس لمدينة مستقبلية قادرة على جذب الاستثمارات، وتعزيز الابتكار، وتحقيق التوازن بين الإنسان والبيئة.

مثل هذه الحوارات المتخصصة تشكل منصة مهمة لتعميق النقاش الوطني حول مستقبل المدن الذكية في الأردن، وترسيخ مفهوم التنمية المستدامة كخيار استراتيجي لا بديل عنه .
