More than just a facade, it plays with light as a sun breaker while weaving in green pockets and terraces that bring life, shade, and a better workspace atmosphere.

Raw concrete textures bring depth and character, while the floating staircase and clean geometric lines create a feeling of effortless movement through the home. Natural light pours through the expansive glass facade, casting shifting shadows that make the architecture feel alive throughout the day.
