Challenging? Yes! Can we do it? Positively!

One of the biggest challenges was designing a large villa that reads as one unified, luxurious home from the outside, while actually housing four separate duplex residences within.

Each duplex needed its own identity and privacy, yet all four had to come together through one grand entrance that feels unmistakably like a villa entrance — never an apartment building.

A challenge of scale, proportion, circulation, and identity — all brought together under one architectural language.
