تبدأ مرحلة تطوير كامل المخططات الهندسية المطلوبة للترخيص والتنفيذ💫. Most people think the sketch is the hard part…

We developed a facade based on a thoughtful combination of materials,

في هذا المشروع الهدف مش مجرد تصميم فيلا جميلة
العميل كان واضح معنا و طلب واجهة مميزة، بسيطة… وفيها شخصية
ومن هون بدأنا
اشتغلنا على واجهة تعتمد على تعدد المواد (Materials)
لكن بطريقة مدروسة، بدون تعقيد أو مبالغة
كل عنصر إله دوره حتى يضيف قيمة بصرية ويحافظ على هدوء التصميم بنفس الوقت
اشتغلنا على موضوع الـ Privacy لغرف محدده بحيث يكون في توازن بين الانفتاح على الخارج والحفاظ على خصوصية الفراغات الداخلية
النتيجة؟
واجهة نظيفة، مميزة… وتعكس أسلوب حياة واضح
التصميم مش بس شكل ....هو ترجمة دقيقة لاحتياجات العميل
بطريقة مدروسة تعيش معه كل يوم
