Studio Habitus is looking for a talented 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design and exceptional 3D visualization skills, with the ability to translate concepts and drawings into high-quality, photorealistic visuals.

Requirements

* Very strong skills in 3ds Max
* Advanced proficiency in Corona or V-Ray
* Strong 3D modeling, materials, lighting and rendering skills
* Strong understanding of interiors, scale and composition
* Good Photoshop and post-production skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work within deadlines and collaborate with a design team

Interior Designers with strong 3D visualization skills are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Portfolio submission is mandatory.
Your portfolio should demonstrate your 3D visualization and rendering skills.

Studio Habitus is looking for an experienced Technical Draftsman with a strong background in interior architecture and fit-out.

If you have a passion for technical detailing, produce accurate shop drawings, and take pride in creating comprehensive construction packages, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is best suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented, experienced in interior construction, and proficient in AutoCAD.

Here are few tips to make any space feel cozier

1- Add texture.
This can be done in so many ways. Rugs, pillows, baskets, blankets, furniture, & more. For example mixing a wood coffee table, with a wicker basket, a few different texture pillows, some greenery & cozy throw adds so much texture which in turn makes the space so cozy.

2- Add warmth.
Add warm tones to the room. This can be done with paint colors, accessories, & more. Our favorite way to add warm tones to a space? With furniture.

3- Bring nature inside.
From magnolia wreaths, to simple ikea plants, & lovely branches. Plants add a homey feel, texture, & brighten a space up instantly.

4-Add a rustic element.
An antique piece of furniture or vintage find can instantly add a warm cozy touch to any room. We like adding antique touches to every corner to instantly make a space feel more cozy and more my style. Mix in some old elements with some new elements to create the perfect cozy blend.

5-Lighting.
Candles & lamps can really make a room feel more inviting. There is something about curling up with a candle burning & a soft glow from a lamp that just makes you feel at home.

6-Rugs.
A cozy textured rug can really transform a space into a relaxing & inviting area, a rug really anchors a room & creates that homey feel by bringing every element in the space together.

7-Add some books.
Adding books makes the space more inviting because it makes you want to curl up and read, but it also adds color, texture, & sometimes, if the book is old, a rustic element to the space.
