Pictured here completing last year’s walk, Victor managed the full 48.1 miles around Jersey. Clearly once around the island was not enough, as he is doing it again this year!

What a season for the St Ouen’s U15s.

Phoenix Construction are incredibly proud to have sponsored these fantastic lads for the third season running.

They may have finished second in the final, but their team spirit has been first class all season. The boys should be very proud of everything they have achieved.

A huge well done to the whole squad, and to Gareth and the coaching team, for all the hard work that has gone into such a great season.

Our U15s lost out in the final with the score ending in a 4-0 win for St Paul’s U16s, but the performance from our U15s was outstanding. They played with intensity, showed great character throughout, and made St Paul’s work hard for every moment.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Makai. A luxury private residence overlooking the stunning St Brelade Bay.

Delivered in collaboration with C2C Construction, Riva Architects, RGA Consulting Engineers, Sika Waterproofing Products and Granite Products, this exceptional project showcases the value of close teamwork and technical precision.

Our scope comprised the construction of a reinforced concrete basement structure with an integrated pool and a two-floor reinforced concrete superstructure. The works required meticulous coordination between structural design, waterproofing systems, and construction sequencing to ensure long-term watertight integrity together with demanding tolerances for follow-on trades and Architectural features.

Throughout the build, we maintained a strong focus on health and safety while keeping a tight control of costs and delivering ahead of schedule.

A strong start at Field S470!

Our team has made significant progress, completing the concrete pours for 32 of the 38 houses in the new Andium Homes development. This is a testament to our collective efforts and dedication.
It’s fantastic to see all the hard work taking shape on site. We are proud of Our Team and everyone on it.

Reflection is key to growth. Recently, we’ve been evaluating and debriefing our past projects—a process we routinely undertake to learn from each experience. This helps us identify what went well and where we can improve.

Our primary focus is always health and safety, but we also assess productivity, logistics, finances, and supply chain management. Larger projects require a deeper dive into areas like contractor management, public engagement, reputation impact, employee engagement, and internal processes.

Looking back through project photos, we are reminded of the challenges we have overcome and the invaluable collaborations with architects, engineers, and contractors. Every project is a learning experience, and we’re committed to continuously improving and delivering the best results.
