Yesterday, our President & CEO Matteo Liberali took part in the conference “Navigating Uncertainty: Businesses and Leadership in the New Global Scenario”, organized by Valtus Italia – Executive Interim Management, Worldwide and ItalyPost, at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan.

He joined in the roundtable discussion “Italy in the Global Arena: Challenges and Competitiveness”: a conversation focused on the key factors shaping the positioning of Italy’s industrial system in international markets.

Key topics of the discussion included:
• export and global dynamics
• impact of tariffs
• energy costs
• supply chain resilience
• the strategic value of Made in Italy

Together with Matteo, other guests will share their experience: Michela Conterno, Managing Director of LATI and Maurizio Ria, Managing Director of Duke & Kay.

Climate Fresk project - highlights
It started with a question: How can we make climate change more understandable, tangible, and personal for everyone?

Over the past months, that question turned into a shared journey across our plants worldwide through the Climate Fresk project.

From Finland to India, from Italy to the Czech Republic, small groups gathered around tables: not for traditional training, but for conversations. Cards were placed, connections were built, and suddenly climate change was no longer an abstract concept, but a story everyone could see, understand, and discuss together.

Since the start of 2026, we hosted 13 workshops, engaging 93 colleagues across Uboldo, Limana, Alonte, Flumignano, Poland, Finland, India, and the Czech Republic. Each session was different, shaped by the perspectives, questions, and insights of those in the room.

Every session shared the same outcome: a deeper awareness and a stronger sense of responsibility.

What made this initiative special was that the sessions were managed by our internal facilitators: A heartfelt thank you to our incredible group:

Our latest performance cycle has come to an end, involving almost all eligible employees.

More than the numbers, what really mattered were the moments of dialogue. Managers and teams sat down together and discussed goals, challenges, what’s working, and what’s not.
