Living in Italy ?
You need to know your ISEE.

The ISEE (Indicatore della Situazione Economica Equivalente) is the official calculation that defines your household’s economic position in Italy.

It’s not a tax.
It’s not a fee.
It’s the number that unlocks access to income-based support.

Your ISEE is calculated based on:
income · savings · property · household composition.

And it directly affects what you can access — and how much you receive.

With a valid ISEE, you can apply for:
asilo nido subsidies · birth bonuses · reduced public fees · social support · and the Assegno Unico (Italy’s monthly allowance for families with children).

For some benefits, it’s mandatory.
For others, it can significantly increase the amount you receive.

No updated ISEE? You could be missing out.

It must be renewed every year — and accuracy matters.

Your ISEE = Your financial profile in Italy.

Whether you’ve just arrived in Turin or you’re planning your move, we make sure you understand it, calculate it correctly, and use it to your advantage.

My tools to start 2026 the right way ✨

A new agenda, a notebook, a pen… and a few weeks off, Italian-style 🇮🇹

In a world driven by technology, I still believe that paper matters. Writing things down, slowing the pace, and going back to the basics helps bring clarity — especially when preparing a new year.

These past weeks were a time to slow down, reflect, and rethink my work as a relocation consultant: how to improve it, how to serve my clients better, and how to build something sustainable over time.

This job is not always easy — administrative constraints and procedures are often beyond my control — but my commitment remains the same: doing my very best, every day, for my clients.

In 2026, I’ll continue to support you with dedication, while also developing new services and tools. Some changes are coming, and they take time to build properly.

One small change this year: I will no longer be able to take on very small, one-off services, in order to focus fully on long-term and complete support.

Thank you for your trust.
Wishing you all a wonderful and successful 2026 ✨

It’s Italian Time: Servire alla grande!
Literally: To serve big / To give your best!

It’s ATP time in Turin 🎾 — and Italians are cheering not only for their players but for everyone who knows how to servire alla grande!

In Italian, servire alla grande doesn’t just mean “to serve well” in tennis.
It means to give your best shot, to go all in, to do something with energy, style, and passion.

You’ll hear it when someone nails a presentation, hosts a great dinner, or simply handles a challenge with flair.

“Hai servito alla grande!” → “You absolutely nailed it!”

Fun fact: During the Nitto ATP Finals, Turin is buzzing with this energy — precision, elegance, and that unmistakable Italian touch.

At TurinEase, we like to servire alla grande too: from handling your paperwork to finding your dream home, we take care of every detail so you can focus on enjoying your new life in Italy.

Because life here isn’t about perfection — it’s about showing up, giving it your best shot, and enjoying the game.

Your turn:
When was the last time you served big in your own life?

✨ TESTIMONIAL ✨

Sometimes, even after a few years in Italy, the paperwork still finds a way to catch up with you!

Virginie moved from Paris to Turin three years ago. Like many expats, she thought she would have time to sort out her administrative tasks later… but between work and her new Italian life, that moment never really came.

When she finally decided to tackle the paperwork, she reached out to me for help with her registration in the Italian public healthcare system and obtaining her Italian ID card — both essential to access the SPID digital identity.

Here’s what she shared:

“I highly recommend Hélène from TurinEase, who handled all the administrative aspects of my move from Paris to Turin with outstanding efficiency! She is fast, extremely effective, and very friendly, which turned what could have been a stressful administrative process into a very positive — and even enjoyable — experience!
Bravo Hélène, and thank you again!!!”

And this summer, when Virginie had to relocate from Turin to Rome, she trusted TurinEase once again to take care of the administrative steps — proof that even in Italy, smooth transitions do exist!

At TurinEase, I guide newcomers and long-term residents alike through Italian bureaucracy — with clarity, efficiency, and a smile.

Because it’s never too late to make your life in Italy easier!

Before you set foot in Italy… know your CODICE FISCALE!

Despite its name, it’s not about taxes — it’s your personal identification code in Italy, essential for nearly every administrative step:
rental contracts · job offers · banking · healthcare · internet · even school enrollment.

Created in the 1970s to simplify public administration, this 16-character code is built from your name, surname, date, and place of birth. It’s unique, and it stays with you for life.

Everyone needs one — even children.
The best moment to get it? Before arriving in Italy.
Be careful with online “Codice Fiscale generators” — only official Italian authorities can issue it.

TurinEase can help you obtain yours, your very first step into Italian life 🇮🇹

Breaking News

What to know about the start of EES passport checks at Italian airports

From October 6th, 2025, Italy (and all Schengen countries) will begin using the Entry/Exit System (EES).

What does this mean for travelers?
• Non-EU citizens will no longer receive passport stamps.
• Instead, entry and exit will be recorded digitally via fingerprints and a facial scan.
• Expect longer waiting times during the first few weeks — the process will become faster for repeat travelers.

Important addition:
If you’re entering Italy on a short-stay (tourist) visa of less than 90 days and plan to apply for a long-term residence permit, it’s best to arrive directly from a non-EU country. This simplifies your registration process and helps you avoid an extra visit to the Questura.

If your passport does not show a visa stamp, make sure to keep proof of your date of arrival on Italian soil (such as a boarding pass or flight ticket).

For those arriving with a visa already stamped in their passport (for study, work, or elective residence), this step is not necessary.

If you have any questions about how the new EES system might affect your arrival or registration in Italy, feel free to contact us at TurinEase — we’re here to help.
