Palazzo Sant'Orsola: ingressi e spazi comuni.

Gli schizzi a mano di Gian Luca Perissinotto raccontano gli spazi condivisi del palazzo: il porticato ad archi, la corte interna con il suo verde, i percorsi d'ingresso e il vano scala che collega i piani.

Sono gli ambienti di passaggio, quelli che si attraversano ogni giorno: qui il progetto studia materiali, luce e dettagli con la stessa cura riservata agli interni, perché anche l'arrivo a casa è parte dell'abitare.

Palazzo Sant'Orsola: entrances and common areas.

Gian Luca Perissinotto's hand sketches portray the building's shared spaces: the arched portico, the internal courtyard with its greenery, the entrance paths, and the staircase connecting the floors.

These are the transitional spaces, the ones crossed every day: here the project studies materials, light and details with the same care given to the interiors, because arriving home is part of living too.

Palazzo Sant'Orsola: dalla pianta all'abitare.

Ogni appartamento nasce da una doppia lettura: la pianta di riferimento, che ne definisce la posizione nel palazzo, e lo schizzo a mano, dove gli spazi si arredano e prendono carattere.

È qui che gli appartamenti dei piani superiori trovano la loro identità: la distribuzione degli ambienti, i percorsi, il rapporto con la corte interna e con la città.

Palazzo Sant'Orsola: from plan to living.

Each apartment begins with a twofold reading: the reference plan, which defines its position within the building, and the hand sketch, where the spaces are furnished and take on character.

This is where the upper-floor apartments find their identity: the layout of the rooms, the circulation, the relationship with the internal courtyard and with the city.

Palazzo Sant'Orsola, Treviso.

Un progetto di Perissinotto ArchiLab nel cuore del centro storico, in Via Riccati: una ristrutturazione edilizia di grande importanza, con spazi commerciali al piano terra e appartamenti di altissimo livello ai piani superiori.

Lo studio parte dai prospetti, dal disegno a mano alle restituzioni digitali, per definire i volumi, il ritmo delle aperture e il porticato ad archi che apre l'edificio sulla città.

Un intervento che unisce il rispetto del contesto storico all'efficienza energetica e a materiali e tecnologie all'avanguardia.

A project by Perissinotto ArchiLab in the heart of the historic centre, on Via Riccati: a major renovation, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and high-end apartments on the upper levels.

The study begins with the elevations, from hand drawing to digital renderings, defining the volumes, the rhythm of the openings, and the arched portico that opens the building onto the city.

An intervention that combines respect for the historic context with energy efficiency and state-of-the-art materials and technologies.

Il restauro e la rifunzionalizzazione firmati Perissinotto ArchiLab restituiscono a questa villa privata, edificio di fine Ottocento, la sua dignità architettonica.

Le facciate, i serramenti, le ringhiere in ferro battuto e gli elementi decorativi sono stati recuperati e valorizzati, mentre gli spazi interni e il giardino rispondono oggi alle esigenze dell'abitare contemporaneo.

Il risultato è quello immaginato in fase di concept: un edificio dove il recupero conservativo dialoga con la vita moderna, nel pieno rispetto della sua memoria storica.

The restoration and refurbishment by Perissinotto ArchiLab give this private villa, a late-19th-century building, back its architectural dignity.

The façades, window frames, wrought-iron railings and decorative elements have been recovered and enhanced, while the interior spaces and the garden now meet the needs of contemporary living.

The result is the one envisioned at concept stage: a building where conservative restoration meets modern life, fully respecting its historic memory.

Siamo felici che il restauro dell' Hotel Ambra Cortina - Luxury & Fashion Boutique Hotel, nel cuore di Cortina d'Ampezzo, sia stato raccontato da Numéro Netherlands. Nato dalla visione di Elisabetta dotto, l'intervento firmato Gian Luca Perissinotto ha preservato il carattere originario della residenza dei primi del Novecento reinterpretandolo in chiave contemporanea, tra boiserie, cornici decorative e atmosfere avvolgenti.

We're glad the restoration of Hotel Ambra Cortina, in the heart of Cortina d'Ampezzo, has been featured by Numéro Netherlands. Born from Elisabetta Dotto's vision, the project by Gian Luca Perissinotto preserved the original character of the early-1900s residence while reinterpreting it through a contemporary lens, with wood panelling, decorative mouldings and enveloping atmospheres.

Dagli interni alle singole ringhiere in ferro battuto, gli schizzi di Gian Luca Perissinotto mostrano il progetto degli interni di questa villa privata a ogni scala: l'insieme di una stanza e, allo stesso tempo, il disegno di un singolo elemento decorativo.

È nella minuzia che si misura un restauro. Studiare a mano la geometria di una ringhiera, la prospettiva di un ambiente, la posizione di un arredo significa entrare nel carattere dell'edificio prima di intervenire, scelta dopo scelta.

Il dettaglio non è un particolare tra tanti: è ciò che restituisce alla villa la sua identità.

From the interiors to the individual wrought-iron railings, Gian Luca Perissinotto's sketches show the interior design of this private villa at every scale: the whole of a room and, at the same time, the drawing of a single decorative element.

A restoration is measured in its details. Studying by hand the geometry of a railing, the perspective of a space, the placement of a piece of furniture means entering the character of the building before intervening, choice after choice.

The detail is not one element among many: it is what gives the villa back its identity.

Le planimetrie di Gian Luca Perissinotto raccontano l'organizzazione degli spazi della villa e della sua barchessa: la distribuzione degli ambienti, gli arredi, i percorsi.

È la fase in cui la villa viene rifunzionalizzata nelle sue unità abitative: un appartamento al piano terra, un secondo distribuito tra primo piano e mansarda, e la barchessa recuperata come terza unità indipendente.

Ogni ambiente trova la propria funzione nel rispetto della struttura storica, mentre lo studio degli arredi anticipa il lavoro di interior design, dove eleganza contemporanea e memoria dell'edificio si incontrano.

The hand-drawn plans.

Gian Luca Perissinotto's floor plans show how the spaces of the villa and its barchessa are organised: the layout of the rooms, the furnishings, the circulation.

This is the stage where the villa is reorganised into its residential units: an apartment on the ground floor, a second one spanning the first floor and the attic, and the barchessa recovered as a third independent unit.

Each space finds its function while respecting the historic structure, as the study of the furnishings anticipates the interior design work, where contemporary elegance meets the building's memory.

Lo studio mette a fuoco gli elementi che ne definiscono il carattere, come il porticato ad archi al piano terra, insieme alle proporzioni e ai rapporti con il corpo principale della villa.

For the barchessa too, the work begins with hand drawing, before moving into digital elevations and sections.

The study focuses on the features that define its character, such as the arched portico on the ground floor, together with its proportions and its relationship with the villa's main body.
