Preserving the product purity and, at the same time, production and reducing times: these were the requirements of the famous Brazilian bottler Água Pedra Azul 💧... and these requirements have been perfectly met by the SMI EBS 10 KL ERGON stretch-blow moulder! ✅
This solution, installed at Água Pedra Azul facility in Marechal Floriano for the of 0.5 L PET bottles of still and sparkling water at an output of 22,000 bph, features the integration of the preform heating section with the stretch-blow moulding section into a single module. This ensures a reduced footprint and results in advantages in terms of operational and operations.
