Ogni cantiere lascia una traccia: nelle mani che lo hanno costruito, nelle scelte che lo hanno trasformato, nel modo in cui abbiamo imparato a guardare lo spazio.

Per EVA l’architettura nasce da qui: dall’ascolto, dalla materia e dall’amore ostinato per ogni dettaglio. Perché costruire non significa soltanto dare forma a un luogo, ma immaginare la vita che un giorno lo abiterà.

Ci fermiamo per qualche giorno.
Per riprendere fiato, cambiare prospettiva, lasciare spazio a nuove idee.

Dopo mesi intensi di progetti, cantieri, incontri, disegni e nuove sfide,
è tempo di rallentare.

Perché anche l’architettura ha bisogno di tempo, distanza e silenzio.

Torniamo presto.

The Lighthouse Hotel Vìte stands as a testament to the harmony between human experience and the natural world. Nestled on the rugged coastline, the restored lighthouse is designed to celebrate the interplay of light and shadow, the meeting of sea and rock, and the elevation that offers breathtaking views of the horizon and stars. The design concept revolves around a sequence of mirrors guiding visitors through a path of exploration, expanding their views and deepening their connection with the surroundings. The interior, though minimal, is enriched with materials and colours that echo the identity of Puglia, seamlessly integrating the sponsors’ solutions.
Imagine arriving at the Lighthouse Hotel, where the first thing that catches your eye is how sunlight reflects off mirrors strategically placed throughout the property. These mirrors are not just reflective surfaces; they are thoughtfully angled to capture and redirect sunlight, creating an ever-changing tapestry of illumination and positioning visitors in time and space, transforming over the hours. As you walk along the mirrored path, you embark on a journey through light and shadow, each step revealing new perspectives and hidden details, merging the person with the landscape. This interplay is most striking at dawn and dusk, when the low angle of the sun casts long, ethereal shadows, transforming the space into a living artwork.
The hotel’s design pays homage to the powerful presence of the sea and the rugged beauty of the rocks. The architecture organically integrates into the landscape, with structures echoing the natural contours of the coastline. The rooftop and the windows frame the crashing waves and jagged rocks, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces.

operativa su scala internazionale, è uno studio di
architettura e design nato dalla naturale evoluzione di Vitolo
Architetti, fondato da Emiliano Vitolo. Lo studio rappresenta
il passaggio da una verticalizzazione nel design d’interni di
lusso ad una pratica multidisciplinare che abbraccia il
mondo dell’architettura e del design ad ampio respiro, con
l’obiettivo di ridefinire gli spazi tramite la creatività e
l’innovazione, con un’attenzione particolare alla sostenibilità̀
e alla funzionalità.
Nel corso degli anni lo studio ha realizzato progetti che
spaziano dall’architettura residenziale e commerciale al
design di prodotto, ponendo sempre al centro le esigenze
dei clienti e il contesto in cui essi operano. Queste
esperienze hanno permesso ad EVA di crescere e
trasformarsi, con l’obiettivo costante di lasciare un segno
distintivo e significativo.
EVA, oltre a “raccontare” un nuovo capitolo di Vitolo
Architetti, intende valorizzare al massimo l’identità
femminile del team che contraddistingue lo studio
accentuandone l’approccio basato su determinazione e

The site’s volume is divided into two distinct blocks, connected by a single iconic stair. This stair begins at a shared area and culminates in a common terrace, where a green space awaits, fostering a
sense of unity and relaxation. The building’s volume results from the strategic extraction and addition of spaces, transforming them into balconies and open areas within each apartment typology.
This design approach ensures that each unit enjoys private outdoor spaces, enhancing the living experience.
To unify the building’s facade and create a dynamic and adaptive “living device,” a second skin is employed. This second skin allows residents to open or close the areas connected to windows or
balconies, offering flexibility in how they interact with their environment. Additionally, the integration of an interior garden around the stairwell and the pathway adjacent to the building reinforces a
sense of community and belonging. This green oasis provides residents with a serene escape and promotes social interaction. In a city renowned for its breathtaking mountain views, the ‘Mountain
view Housing’ stands as a testament to thoughtful and sustainable urban design, fostering a vibrant and connected living space.
