Rather than using common architectural office approaches like listing comforting and universal values of the design, while maintaining neutrality without transmitting any tangible definition, we prefer to speak about how we started, the background, what are our skills, and most importantly, to what are we dedicated inside the working field. We have already started working on several projects paral
lel with our university studies. We won our first competition two years before graduating from the Architecture faculty. Because of our different nationalities, culture, and education, we try to mix diverse approaches inside the design process. We are slightly bad at making physical models, but very good at problem-solving, hand drawing, territorial mapping, and writing essays in Italian, English, and Georgian languages. We do have two offices in two different countries, but we cannot be at both places at the same time. To the often asked question, what do we do, we could never find a one-word answer because of the contrasting scale we work on: from a landscape intervention to a tiny house. it’s not about what we design, nor the program or function but the meaning we are giving to each project we touch.
