Castel announces the acquisition, effective June 3, 2026, of a business unit of Be Fluidica Srl , an Italian company specialized in the design, manufacture, testing and supply of devices for the regulation, filtration and lubrication of gaseous and liquid fluids.
This transaction is fully aligned with Castel’s growth strategy and represents a further step in the Group’s expansion within the fluid control sector.
The expertise developed by Be Fluidica in specialized industrial applications and the development of customized solutions complements Castel’s established know-how, further enhancing the Group’s ability to serve an increasing range of industrial applications.
For customers, this acquisition will result in an even broader and more specialized offering in fluid control and treatment, with enhanced capabilities to develop tailor-made solutions for highly complex applications and to effectively support innovation processes and the transition towards increasingly efficient and sustainable solutions.
