🏥Innovation in healthcare construction: Incide at SANTEXPO 2026 for the second year, to shape the future of the health sector alongside innovators in the medical ecosystem ↓

From May 19th to 21st, we were in Paris for one of Europe’s leading healthcare events.

This edition focused on key themes for the sector’s future:
- excellence and equity in access to care
- integration of Artificial Intelligence into healthcare processes
- digital transformation of the healthcare system

Incide was represented by CEO Gianluca Vallerini, alongside the France sales and development team, reaffirming its decade-long presence in the international market.

🏗️ Incide was represented as a specialist partner in the design of complex structures, with an approach based on multidisciplinary integration and advanced use of BIM.

During the event, we met with architecture and engineering firms that recognized Incide as a reliable and strategic partner, especially in the French context that is highly demanding in terms of design quality and process control.

🤝 SantExpo continues to be a key opportunity for dialogue and networking: a space to strengthen existing partnerships and forge new ones, all with the shared goal of contributing to ever-improving healthcare for people.

Today, 28th April, is World Day for Safety and Health at Work.

A day to remember, but also - and above all - to take action. ↓

The figures speak for themselves: every year, there are still far too many serious and fatal accidents. On construction sites, the risk is inherently higher: constantly changing activities, multiple companies working side by side and fragmented responsibilities.

The real challenge is cultural, not merely regulatory: trivialising the rules or fragmenting roles in risk management is a collective failure, as well as a technical error.

The psychosocial environment, in fact, is the next frontier in prevention: safety at work is shaped by how we design tasks, organise teams and define responsibilities.

At Incide, we believe that safety is an enabler, not an obstacle. It's the prerequisite for working better, with greater awareness and fewer unforeseen events.

This is why we strive to integrate safety and prevention as effectively as possible at every stage of the project.

Workplace safety isn't a checklist: it's built (or destroyed) every day, in the relationships between people. It's about listening, shared accountability and risk communication.

Villa Ferro, nuova scuola green a Fidenza in collaborazione con Vittorio Grassi Architects: un cantiere appena chiuso, un progetto pronto a ospitare l'educazione del futuro ↓

Incide ha tradotto la complessità in un risultato integrato: un edificio NZEB, sostenibile per natura e per gestione, dove ogni scelta – dal tetto verde ai sistemi impiantistici evoluti, fino alla qualità della luce e del comfort interno – è pensata per essere un'infrastruttura funzionale e duratura per la comunità.

Spazi aperti, ambienti collettivi, funzioni che estendono l’uso oltre l’orario scolastico rafforzano il ruolo urbano dell’edificio.

In questa fase finale di cantiere sono stati completati impianti, infrastrutture digitali e integrazione ambientale, grazie alla sinergia tra lo studio VGA e Incide, responsabile della progettazione strutturale, impiantistica, Direzione Lavori, antincendio e sicurezza.

L’intervento si distingue per un approccio olistico alla sostenibilità e si prepara ad accogliere presto le nuove generazioni, capace di interpretare le esigenze della contemporaneità scolastica.

L’abitare assume una nuova profondità quando ogni scelta progettuale dona un impatto positivo sull’esperienza quotidiana degli utenti finali. ↓
Dalla configurazione degli spazi al controllo della qualità dell’aria interna, fino al dialogo con l'ambiente circostante, Corte Gea ridefinisce il residenziale a Milano 3, Basiglio.

83 appartamenti esclusivi distribuiti su sei edifici di quattro piani, sviluppati su un grande podio verde che integra parcheggi e centrali tecnologiche senza interrompere la continuità del paesaggio.

Incide firma la progettazione degli impianti meccanici, elettrici e di prevenzione incendi, per massimizzare il comfort e integrare la sostenibilità.

🎿 The Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Games are in full swing. Here is the infrastructure that is welcoming business users ↓

Milano Linate Prime is the true institutional hub of the Games, as well as the gateway to the Olympics, with a model that speaks of contemporary cities and sustainable major events.

In this scenario, Incide Engineering contributed to the Linate Prime expansion project, designing the new structures and facilities as part of a temporary association with SAB, responsible for general coordination, seismic retrofitting and safety aspects, CREW - Cremonesi Workshop, curator of the concept and architectural design, together with M2P S.r.l. and engineer Alessandro Marradi.

✈️ This project for SEA Prime SpA strengthens Linate Prime as a strategic European hub for business aviation, focusing on modern infrastructure, safety, resilience and decarbonisation of the aviation sector.

For us, the Olympics begin long before the flame is lit: they take shape in places where infrastructure and integrated design come together to support global events and welcome the world.

Una nuvola leggera si è posata ad Abano Terme, trasformandosi in un nuovo spazio per l’incontro tra generazioni, lo spettacolo, la vita culturale della città. Un progetto firmato Incide, nato dal dialogo con la committenza e da un attento coordinamento degli obiettivi progettuali ed economici, con l’intento condiviso di restituire valore al territorio attraverso una nuova centralità urbana.

La struttura aperta può accogliere fino a 600 persone e integra spazi polifunzionali per eventi e attività anche invernali, in relazione diretta con il verde e con il Parco Urbano Termale.

Attraverso immagini, interviste e approfondimenti tecnici, emerge il valore di un percorso che ha fatto del confronto e dell'innovazione parametrica gli strumenti per generare un nuovo luogo collettivo, nel segno di una continuità urbana costruita insieme: senza barriere.

Ripensare l'edilizia scolastica è una priorità. Realizzarla rispettando i criteri di efficienza energetica, sostenibilità ambientale, sicurezza e inclusività è un dovere e un onore. Il concorso Futura, vinto insieme a Vittorio Grassi Architects e finanziato dal PNRR, li incarna tutti e li realizza nel nuovo edificio NZEB polifunzionale di Fidenza, progettato in BIM.

Con il 2026 Fidenza è infatti pronta a raccogliere i frutti dei progetti sull’edilizia scolastica legati al PNRR, con diversi milioni di investimenti che cambieranno il volto dell’offerta educativa e formativa.
L’anno appena iniziato vedrà, in particolare, il taglio del nastro della nuova scuola Verde a Villa Ferro che sostituirà la storica Ongaro dopo 44 anni di servizio.

Un'occasione e una novità nei servizi educativi che consegna alla città strutture belle, sicure, accoglienti ed efficienti dal punto energetico.

Incide ha svolto gli incarichi di progettazione Strutturale e Impiantistica, Direzione lavori, Antincendio e Sicurezza per la demolizione e la nuova costruzione del Polo Scolastico di Villa Ferro, immedesimandosi nelle generazioni di domani e nei loro bisogni, per tradurli in spazi polifunzionali anche extrascolastici: ambienti di vita e interazione.
