A custom interiors and millwork project developed during my collaboration with The Davani Group.

My role included project management, direct coordination with the client and suppliers, technical and production coordination, materials and finishes, production follow-up, logistics, remote installation support and punch-list management.
A project that required continuous coordination and problem solving throughout its development and completion.
