Exhibition Design for ArchiThoughts–ArchiTouch, the third chapter of the project curated by Federica Sala and hosted at FENIX Scenario, Foro Buonaparte 66, during Milan Design Week 2026.

Six international designers brought together within a space designed as an infrastructure fragment using Arpa® surfaces. The project highlights their tactile and sensory qualities through deep surfaces, rich textures and finishes designed to engage both sight and touch, while accompanying everyday life with durability and refinement.

Central University Library in Podgorica,
Architecture Competition Entry, 2025

On a compact site converge academic, civic, political, and technological demands—a challenge to hold in balance while keeping the building open, transparent, and adaptable to the shifting conditions of education and society.

We conceive the library as a public cultural machine: at once building, infrastructure, and fragment of city—a vessel designed to carry and project knowledge.

As a climatic organism, the library uses light, structure, air, and organic matter to shape how information is experienced and shared. It is a compact spaceship for ideas, precise and legible—a realistic utopia.

Plia Chair, Custom Edition for WSA

Over the past years, we’ve supported .nyc in sourcing and producing custom furniture for their spaces in Downtown Manhattan.

The Plia chair by Anonima Castelli () was reinterpreted with a polypropylene seat and backrest, replacing the original polycarbonate to introduce a softer, more tactile quality. A custom color and the engraved logo mark the piece with WSA’s identity.

Today, the set of chairs is used across WSA locations, exhibitions, and events, functioning as a flexible and recognisable design element within the organisation’s spatial and curatorial identity.

PLAN C FRAME

At the heart of the store, the red staircase-library becomes the spatial and narrative centrepiece of the project. More than just a circulation device, it introduces a cultural layer within the retail environment, connecting the two levels while functioning as display, archive and installation device.

Entirely built in metal and painted red on site, the structure wraps a spiral staircase within a circular bookshelf. It currently hosts a collaboration with Reading Room (), the Milan-based bookshop focused on fashion and design, transforming into a temporary stage for books, objects, and printed matter.

PLAN C FRAME

Located at Via Manzoni 21, in the heart of Milan, the new Plan C flagship store () marks a new chapter for the brand founded and directed by Carolina Castiglioni.

The project is the result of a collaboration between APRIL™, a multidisciplinary platform that developed the overall concept, retail-cultural strategy and identity model, and (AB)NORMAL, responsible for the spatial translation, architectural development and realization.

Conceived as a pilot for future openings, the space proposes an alternative idea of retail: a flexible, infrastructural architecture designed to host collaborations, installations and temporary residencies by other brands and creative partners.
The architecture is conceived as an open system: mobile components, reversible interventions and adaptable materials define a model designed to travel and respond to different contexts.

At the core, a red staircase-library connects the two levels and introduces a cultural layer to the space.

Three distinct niches guide visitors through different atmospheres: reflective metal for design collaborations, mint-green lacquer hosting the Aliita (.official) jewelry store, and soft carpet shaping the butter-coloured lounge space.

The result is a retail environment that can shift over time, encouraging dialogue between brand, city and guests.

WSA Soundsystem

A constellation of speaker-towers, each operating within a specific frequency range, comes together as a spatial ensemble.

The system is engineered for high performance and it’s fully modular: the towers can be configured for directional or 360° immersive sound. They can be added, removed, or isolated, allowing the system to shift with its content and context.

The Soundsystem remains in active use at , integrated into their ongoing calendar of art, fashion, and music events.
