AG&P ha progettato negli ultimi 25 anni opere a verde in 65 province d'Italia e in 10 paesi stranieri, sviluppando nel tempo la composizione del suo organico e dei suoi consulenti. Lo staff interdisciplinare lavora con l'apporto di geologi, naturalisti, botanici, forestali, urbanisti, economisti e ingegneri in grado di soddisfare in modo esaustivo le esigenze della clientela rappresentata da privati, ditte, imprese di costruzione, studi immobiliari, operatori turistici, amministrazioni pubbliche, società di ingegneria, studi di architettura, operatori del settore giardinaggio. L'aggiornamento delle dotazioni tecniche ha consentito alla struttura di affrontare efficacemente la progettazione risolvendo ogni esigenza della clientela. L'esperienza dei professionisti operanti in AG&P e le loro competenze specifiche permettono di valorizzare sia spazi di dimensione limitata quali terrazzi, giardini pensili, cortili, sia gli interventi di dimensione maggiore. L'esperienza maturata in aree geografiche e climatiche differenti tra loro, consente infatti una pronta individuazione dei caratteri e delle risorse del luogo. La capacità di "vedere" l'insieme diviene indispensabile per affrontare i temi che investono una scala di paesaggio, quali il verde di complessi residenziali e turistici, gli inserimenti paesistici di opere architettoniche e civili e i recuperi ambientali

Back at Il Giardino di Pimpinella, we made keepsakes to take home, filling sachets with lavender from the nearby fields and painting river stones with colourful markers.

The evening continued around the table with a delicious buffet made with local produce, followed by the vote for our favourite installations and, true to AG&P’s spirit, some dancing to end the day.

A big thank you to Laura and the team at Il Giardino di Pimpinella for an unforgettable day full of creativity and laughter, surrounded by nature! 🍃

Our annual team building took us to Il Giardino di Pimpinella, a wonderful school of botany and herbalism in the hills near Bologna.

Split into groups to create natural installations in the woods, we collected leaves, flowers, branches and bark along the way.

With our materials in hand, the forest became our open-air atelier: using what we had gathered and a few tools provided on site, each team picked the perfect spot and got to work 🍂

CITY’SCAPE AWARD 2026: BAM - Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano wins 1st Prize in Cat. R – Initiatives for Landscape Promotion and Enhancement

BAM is an urban park that, according to the jury, “stands out as an initiative capable of transforming the management of a public park into a permanent cultural project that enhances the landscape. Through a public-private partnership, botanical care, digital communication, ‘Nature Talks,’ botanical tours, and free events, botanical knowledge becomes a collective experience, strengthening urban biodiversity, civic participation, and a sense of belonging.”

CITY’SCAPE AWARD 2026: Parco delle Dune wins 1st Prize in FSB Forum Italy Outdoor Sport&Play S3 Category

This award was given by the jury “for the ability of the project to turn a compromised coastal edge into a natural and sports-friendly space, where the new dune landscape reconnects the city with the sea, softens the presence of the port, and creates resilient habitats inspired by Mediterranean biodiversity. Depaving, urban forestry, and separate pathways support gentle mobility, health, and inclusion. The four themed bays expand usage options and give the community back a recognisable coastal landscape that combines ecological quality, sensory experience, and social life.”

CITY’SCAPE AWARD 2026: Villa Rezzola wins a Special Prize in Category D: Interventions on Parks and Gardens of Historical, Artistic, or Landscape Significance

The jury recognised the project for its ability to “effectively demonstrate design quality, innovation, environmental sustainability, and social value, as well as the capacity to interpret contemporary landscape transformations.”

Promoted by FAI - Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano (The National Trust for Italy) as part of Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) for historic parks and gardens, AG&P greenscape led the landscape design for the restoration and enhancement of this park, recovering the historic design, regenerating the plan heritage, restoring the water system, and reopening the park’s views towards the sea.

On 16th September, at BAM - Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano we presented the new AG&P film “Immaginare i luoghi di domani”. A story told through our projects and our wonderful team, who bring them to life every day.

A blockbuster evening starting with an aperitivo by Ratanà, followed by a talk on cinema and landscape, a behind-the-scenes documentary, our film, and a closing screening of Perfect Days by Wim Wenders. What a night! ✨

Thank you to Cinevan for this cinematic adventure, and to Fondazione Riccardo Catella for having us at BAM. Huge thanks to our clients, collaborators, friends and everyone who stopped by to watch for making it such a special evening.
