An Iconic mixed-use tower seamlessly merges into a multi-layered, fluid podium. Extends from the podium, an organically shaped football stadium. Forming an outstanding
Architecture unified into a single, breathtaking megastructure.

Bringing original sketch to life!, A cinematic aerial wide-angle shot of an iconic futuristic supertall tower organically connected to a sculptural podium and a football stadium. The tower features an elegant, flowing silhouette with a subtle twist, its glass façade wrapped by a artestic light-weight ribbons, emphasizing height and motion. At its base, the tower seamlessly merges into a multi-layered, fluid podium composed of smooth, parametric forms.

Extending from the podium, an organically shaped football stadium is partially embedded into the architectural composition. The stadium roof blends into the curving forms above, with layered terraces, landscaped ramps, and architectural folds creating a unified megastructure rather than separate buildings.

Transit-Oriented Development | Fair Land, Cairo

A 250,000 sqm mixed-use development structured around transit accessibility and integrated landscape design. An iconic high-rise tower anchors the site, with surrounding buildings gradually descending in scale to form offices, a five-star hotel, residential districts, hotel apartments, and a mosque. The whole complex floats above A two-level commercial podium , seamlessly connected underground to the metro station, reducing car dependency. Ramps, stairs, and integrated parkland dissolve the podium into street level, creating a walkable, connected urban environment that promotes density, accessibility, and sustainable mobility.

Green Oasis
Site Renaturing & Urban Integration

The project reactivates an abandoned former train station site through renaturing and adaptive reuse. It reconnects the area to the new metro station, establishing a main urban spine that organizes movement and activity across the site. Along this spine, diverse public, residential, and recreational functions are introduced, with community gardening developed as a complementary layer that supports local agriculture, ecological restoration, and social engagement.

The render shows the backyard of the renovated Ex. Train station as a social housing complex.

This design features a seamless, white modern structure with an oval plan and smooth, continuous surfaces. A long, vaulted roof gracefully arches over the seating, visually connecting to the neighbourhood creating a futuristic and elegant aesthetic.
This render was brought to life using AI prompting, leveraging the Flux chroma-HD model on ComfyUI to generate a raw model. The final render was generated with Nano banana Gemini.

Excited to share our remarkable project from Politecnico di Milano, centered on intensive computational design. Our team explored advanced tools like Grasshopper and leveraged powerful plugins such as Kangaroo for physics-based modeling, Pachyderm for acoustic simulations, and Galapagos for evolutionary optimization.

The pavilion in Sendai, Japan, beautifully integrates traditional architectural elements, incorporating wooden joints and fusuma paper for shading. By day, it serves as a tranquil seaside seating area and an open-air art gallery, paying homage to the resilience of the Japanese people. As night falls, it transforms into a glowing lantern, radiating hope and reflection in the hearts of the city’s residents.!
