Our design is always based on environmental sustainability, believing that architecture should strive for the reduction of the ecological footprint.

Aut Aut Architettura is an architectural practice founded in 2016 by four young professionals aiming to establish a platform open to multiple collaborations and contaminations inside and outside the discipline. Context understanding is the fundamental precondition in our approach, definable as strategic and devoted to a cultural production which aims to propel social enhancement. We believe that t

he architectural project, besides being an investigative and critical device able to condense and metabolise cultural contradictions, is a tool capable of catalysing and propelling a certain discourse through the envisioning of new and even provocative spaces. The Rome-based office is projected on the international stage through collaborations, projects, competitions, publications and conferences, such as those at Moscow Urban Forum, London Festival of Architecture, and Milano Arch Week. Our projects and our firm got important international prizes and recognitions. In 2020 Aut Aut Architettura received the prestigious award of “Young talent of Italian architecture” promoted by the National Council of Architects.
