A historic place, reimagined for contemporary hospitality. G22 Projects brought together heritage, architecture and modern design, carefully respecting the character of the listed ensemble while creating a contemporary guest experience.

We are delighted to see this approach recognised by the ICONIC AWARDS 2026.

Set in the Dolomites of Madonna di Campiglio, Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti combines refined hospitality with a strong connection to its natural surroundings.

G22 Projects contributed to the project as Director of Design & Construction, coordinating the design and construction process through to its realisation.

A contemporary penthouse in Bressanone, shaped by clean lines, refined materials and a strong connection between interior and exterior.

Set within the Sicilian landscape near the Torre Salsa nature reserve, ADLER Spa Resorts & Lodges SICILIA five-star resort brings together architecture, nature and hospitality.

G22 Projects contributed to the project through construction management, overseeing the realisation of the resort on site.
