📢 NORDIMPIANTI ACQUIRES ECHO PRECAST ENGINEERING
Nordimpianti is proud to announce the acquisition of Echo Precast Engineering, further strengthening our international position in the plant and machinery sector for the manufacture of prestressed concrete elements.
This is another important milestone for Nordimpianti and a new chapter in our growth strategy. It brings together two companies with complementary expertise and a strong history in the precast industry. Echo will continue its operations from its established headquarters in Houthalen, Belgium, ensuring continuity in its business activities and customer services.
Nordimpianti is recognized for its expertise in Extruder technology, while Echo has extensive experience in Slipformer technology. By bringing these specialties together, we can offer our customers a wider range of solutions for the production of prestressed hollow-core slabs and other concrete elements.
The acquisition also strengthens the Nordimpianti Group’s international presence, building on Echo’s established footprint and numerous plants supplied across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the United States and Australia. Together, we can expand on this strong foundation and further develop our presence in existing and new markets.
The precast industry is changing rapidly. The shortage of skilled labor and the need for greater production efficiency are increasing the demand for reliable, automated and digitally connected machinery.
