🚀 FEROX – Progress Update

The first coating test is complete, and the aesthetic result exceeded our expectations. The finish looks exactly as we envisioned.

During testing, however, we discovered that a small amount of powder coating reached an internal surface, affecting the operation of the system. After a few adjustments, everything was back to working perfectly.

This is exactly why prototyping and testing matter. Sometimes, even the smallest particle can make a real difference when you're working with extremely tight tolerances.

In September, a new round of testing will begin with one goal: pushing the precision of the FEROX even further while maintaining the tolerances that define its performance.

We don't release products until they're exactly where we want them to be. Stay tuned. 👊

One of the questions I've been asked the most is:

"Will the Ferox be available painted?"

My answer has always been the same: I don't know yet.

The reason is simple. Ferox isn't just another upper receiver. It's a product designed with extremely tight machining tolerances to achieve one goal: the most precise alignment possible between the HPA engine, hop-up, and barrel assembly.

Adding a layer of paint may seem like a small detail, but even a minimal increase in thickness could affect those tolerances. And if there's even the slightest chance that the finish could compromise the performance or fitment of the product, I'd rather not offer that option at all.

Performance and reliability will always come before aesthetics.

Every design choice behind Ferox is made with one purpose: delivering the best possible user experience and ensuring every component works exactly as intended.

This project continues to evolve. It's been a long journey of testing, redesigning, and refining every detail in the pursuit of better performance.
