TABU è presente a livello internazionale con una vasta gamma di piallacci naturali di tutte le specie legnose, piallacci naturali tinti in una vastissima gamma di colori, legni multilaminari, decori prefiniti, tranciati e masselli, bordi in legno, pavimenti e rivestimenti in legno . La produzione TABU è così varia da soddisfare ogni esigenza del design e dell'industria. TABU da sempre associa all'

amore per il legno, l'interesse e il rispetto per l'ambiente. TABU si è dotata, con notevoli investimenti, di impianti di depurazione all'avanguardia; i coloranti impiegati per la tintura del legno sono reperiti da produttori selezionati che operano nel rispetto sia dell'ambiente, sia delle leggi vigenti in materia di tossicità. L'approvvigionamento delle materie prime avviene principalmente in aree di rimboschimento poste sotto controllo degli organi preposti nei luoghi d'origine.

Stepping into the Jadeite Residences showflat in Shangyu, where Tabu’s Figured Anegrè 01.S.050 shapes the space with its silk-like surface and finely dynamic grain, bringing warmth, depth and movement to the interiors.
Passing through the artistic entrance, the hallway opens onto a breathtaking view. Afternoon sunlight pours through the glass curtain wall, catching the wood grain and revealing its subtle variations in light and shadow.

Part of TABU’s Graffiti Collection, Ulivo GR.032 transforms the character of centuries-old olive trees from the Gargano into a refined geometric inlay.

Inspired by their dense canopies, sunlit leaves and ever-changing reflections, the design begins with the study of olive leaves and branches, reinterpreted through a process of geometric synthesis into elongated hexagons arranged in a herringbone composition.

Crafted from four fine natural dyed veneers, with tones ranging from green to beige, Ulivo is also available in a second palette of brown and beige shades.

Designed by Giovanni Di Mauro, Accademia di Brera, winner of the IDEASxWOOD 2022/23 Contest, Student Category.
