NOA is a collective of architects and interior designers founded in 2011 by Stefan Rier and Lukas Rungger, guided by the ethos of 'building stories while designing buildings'. With a track record of several successful projects, the studio has established itself as a benchmark in hospitality architecture and design while continuously exploring new ideas and expanding its portfolio to include other

architectural typologies. Over the years, the founding duo has been joined by three partners: architects Andreas Profanter and Christian Rottensteiner, and interior designer Barbara Runggatscher. NOA's main headquarters are in Bolzano, with additional offices opened in Berlin (2018), Turin (2021), and Milan (2022).

LIGHT CHANGES EVERYTHING.

It sets the mood. Creates shadows. Highlights what matters. And sometimes, one light is enough to change an entire space.

For us, lighting is never an afterthought. It’s part of the architecture. Part of the atmosphere. Part of how a space feels.

At innsieme ristorantino everything starts at the bar!

the bancone takes center stage — loud, generous and unapologetically Italian. Espresso in the morning, a quick bite at noon, aperitivo when the sun goes down. And maybe one more drink after that.

All of it unfolds inside a building that has been here since 1465. Gothic vaults and centuries-old walls meet dark oak, terracotta, natural stone and warm pools of light — not to recreate Italy, but to capture what makes it feel so damn good.

A little Innsbruck. A lot of Italy.
And absolutely no reason to rush.
