Ungviður er skógræktarfélag sem vill auka þátttöku ungs fólks við að græða landið og auka tengingu þeirra við skóga landsins. Okkar markmið er að fræða, skapa umræðu og auka áhuga á skógrækt og landgræðslu og öllum þeim afurðum sem skóglendi okkar hafa upp á að bjóða. What is Ungviður? Ungviður is a forestry association that seeks to increase the involvement of young people in forestry and tree planting, and increase the connection of young people to Iceland's beautiful forests. We seek to educate, create discussions, and increase interest in forestry and land reclamation and all the benefits that our forests have to offer. Ungviður welcomes anyone who is interested in helping to plant trees, grow the land and cultivate beautiful forests. Experience in forestry or gardening is not required. Our members are a diverse group, and we have not defined any strict age limit.
