🔹 Job Overview:
The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting project ex*****on with precision, creativity, and high coordination throughout all project stages.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural concepts, 3D designs, realistic renderings, and accurate architectural models.
• Prepare detailed and professional working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization software.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with engineering teams and site teams while maintaining organized and updated project files.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all architectural outputs, minimize errors, maintain technical accuracy, and meet tight project deadlines.

🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar architectural software.
• Ability to produce professional working drawings, detailed technical documentation, and high-quality renderings.
• High attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and effective teamwork skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Site follow-up and coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishing details, and construction requirements.
• A strong and professional architectural portfolio.

🔹 Work Conditions:

• Provide strategic financial advisory combined with oversight of internal financial control systems.
• Ensure financial discipline, compliance, transparency, and overall financial health.
• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of financial policies, controls, and reporting systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

**Strategic & Advisory Role**
• Provide high-level financial advice to executive management.
• Support decisions related to key financial commitments and investments.
• Assess financial risks across the organization.
• Guide leadership on cost optimization and improving financial efficiency.

**Internal Financial Control**
• Develop and oversee internal financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure financial discipline across all departments.
• Monitor compliance with approved budgets and spending rules.
• Review and control company-wide financial operations.

**Financial Oversight & Auditing**
• Review monthly financial reports prepared by the accounting team.
• Analyze cash flow, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Monitor banking transactions and financial commitments when required.
• Oversee correction of past financial issues or discrepancies.

**Governance & Improvement**
• Identify financial gaps, risks, and operational inefficiencies.
• Recommend improvements to accounting and financial systems.
