📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq
Shockers Group is currently seeking a committed, detail-oriented, and highly organized Architect capable of delivering high-quality outputs within a structured and professional work environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and creative capabilities, with the ability to manage architectural tasks accurately while maintaining high coordination across teams and meeting project deadlines efficiently.
🔹 Job Overview:
The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting project ex*****on with precision, creativity, and high coordination throughout all project stages.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural concepts, 3D designs, realistic renderings, and accurate architectural models.
• Prepare detailed and professional working drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization software.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with engineering teams and site teams while maintaining organized and updated project files.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all architectural outputs, minimize errors, maintain technical accuracy, and meet tight project deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture and design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or similar architectural software.
• Ability to produce professional working drawings, detailed technical documentation, and high-quality renderings.
• High attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and effective teamwork skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
• Site follow-up and coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishing details, and construction requirements.
• A strong and professional architectural portfolio.
🔹 Work Conditions:
Flexibility is required. Employment terms and conditions are regulated in accordance with Kurdistan Region labor laws.
