Assigned works shall be executed through a controlled engineering workflow. Project-specific approved
drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs and statutory requirements shall govern the actual work.
• Engineering Review: Review approved IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ, levels, interfaces and site
constraints.
• Method Statement: Activity-wise method statements and risk assessments as required.
• Material Control: Approved materials, test certificates, storage and traceability.
• Survey & Setting Out: Establish benchmarks, grids, levels and coordinates using calibrated instruments.
• Reinforcement & Formwork: Execute as per approved drawings, BBS, cover requirements and inspection
checks.
• Concreting: Control batching, placement, compaction, finishing, curing and testing.
• Inspection & Testing: Follow ITPs, hold/witness points and quality records.
• Safety: Follow project HSE requirements, permits, PPE and activity-specific precautions.
