One home. Six floors. Four generations living under one roof.
When a single residence spans across six levels to accommodate four generations, it presents a unique spatial challenge: how to give each floor its own clear identity tailored to its occupants, while maintaining a cohesive architectural flow throughout the home.
For Part 1 of this series, we are looking at the core living and kitchen zone of one floor. We anchored the design in a restrained, minimal colour palette, focusing heavily on clean forms, precise proportions, and an effortless flow between the living area and the kitchen.
To bring a quiet energy into the space, we integrated a subtle red accent line directly into the gypsum false ceiling—a deliberate detail that adds a crisp pop of colour without disrupting the room's serene character.
