🏡 Project Khamlang 01 — COMPLETED ✅

From an unfinished space to a complete, comfortable home. ✨

We are proud to announce the successful completion of Project Khamlang 01 — where every detail was handled with care, precision and commitment.

From the foundation of the finishing work to the final details, our team brought multiple services together under one roof:

🔹 Tiling — precisely aligned floor and wall tiles for a clean, premium finish
🔹 Plumbing — sanitary and plumbing works completed with proper functionality
🔹 Electrification — electrical wiring, switches, lighting and fittings
🔹 Painting — smooth, clean and balanced interior & exterior finishes
🔹 Railing Works — strong and practical finishing for safety and appearance
🔹 Woodwork & Finishing — doors, windows and furniture elements finished to complement the interior

What makes us different is that we don't look at a project as separate jobs — we look at it as one complete solution.

One team. Multiple services. One complete finish. 🤝

Every level, every line, every corner and every finishing detail matters.

GOOD PLASTERING IS THE FOUNDATION OF A GREAT FINISH!
Ever wondered what quality plastering work actually looks like? 👀
Look closely at these walls — properly levelled, straight, smooth and free from unnecessary ups and downs. 📏👌
A good plastering job is not just about making the wall look smooth. It creates the perfect foundation for the next stage of work.
✅ Proper water-level alignment
✅ Flat and even surface
✅ No unnecessary ups & downs
✅ Proper corners and finishing
✅ Strong foundation for putty & painting
✅ Better paint coverage and a much cleaner final result 🎨
When the plastering is done right, our painting team works with greater comfort — and the final finish speaks for itself. 💯
At NINGSHEN BUILD AND FINISH, we believe that a premium finish starts from the foundation, not from the paint.
🏗️ From plastering to painting, tiling, waterproofing, ceilings, fabrication and complete construction — we focus on quality at every stage.

💧 PROJECT AWUNGTANG — WATERPROOFING FOLLOW-UP ✅
A month after completing the waterproofing work, we returned to Project Awungtang for a thorough inspection and quality check.
We carefully cross-checked the entire terrace to see whether there was any sign of water leakage or seepage after the recent rains.
😊 The result? Excellent!
The waterproofed terrace is performing well, with no visible leakage, giving our client confidence and peace of mind.
Another great feature of this project is the rainwater collection system — water from the terrace is collected and directed into a reservoir for future use, helping make the system more practical and sustainable. 🌧️💧
❤️ CLIENT FEEDBACK
“Your team is one of the most experienced waterproofing teams in Manipur and Ukhrul. I would rate your work 10/10 — budget-friendly, reliable and providing excellent service in town.”
We are truly grateful for this feedback and, most importantly, for the trust our clients place in our workmanship. 🙏
At NINGSHEN BUILD AND FINISH, we focus on proper surface preparation, systematic application and quality finishing—not just covering the problem, but working toward a lasting waterproofing solution.
Terrace leakage? We’ve got you covered. 🏠💧

🏗️AWUNGTANG TERRACE WATERPROOFING | WORK IN PROGRESS

Another project in progress by Team Ningshen Build And Finish!

Proper surface preparation is the foundation of effective waterproofing. Our team is carefully preparing the terrace to ensure better adhesion and long-lasting protection.

🔹 Step 1: Grinding the uneven and rough cement surface to achieve a smoother finish and improve adhesion.

🔹 Step 2: Pressure washing to remove dust, dirt, and loose particles from the surface.

🔹 Step 3: Applying the waterproofing system after proper surface preparation to help protect the terrace against water seepage and leakage.

Every step matters when it comes to quality workmanship and long-lasting results.

📍 Project: Awungtang Terrace Waterproofing 🛠️ Work Status: Surface preparation in progress

✨ Step by step, we are building quality and protecting your home. Stay tuned for the final outcome!
