RENOVATION & EXTENSION PROJECT | PERINGAVU – ROSE GARDEN🏠
This beautifully renovated home, located along the Rose Garden route in Peringavu, was transformed by KSK Construction & Interior with a blend of modern functionality, elegant detailing, and warm wooden elements.
The project includes extension work, along with the ceiling work for the existing car porch. We also completed the interlock work around the property.
For the flooring, we used distinctive Moroccan tiles, creating a unique and elegant look that continues into the living area. The Bathrooms were also completed with carefully selected tile work.
The courtyard was designed and developed to complement the overall character of the home. The house features two existing kitchens, for which we completed the interior works, adding functionality while maintaining a cohesive design.
The upper floor includes an additional living area, featuring detailed ceiling work and Moroccan tile elements, adding character and visual appeal to the space.
A key highlight throughout the project is the natural wooden touch, creating a warm, inviting, and timeless atmosphere.
From renovation and extension to interiors and finishing details — every element was carefully crafted to transform the home into a beautiful and comfortable living space.
