🏗️ Project Update | Lei Tahani Centre Open Auditorium – Stage 1

A new open auditorium project is taking shape at Vaka, Guruvayur, with a unique arch design and space frame structure.

The project began with detailed drawings and design planning, followed by the completion of the foundation bolt works.

Designed to accommodate around 1,000 people, the open auditorium is planned as a spacious venue for events and gatherings. The open setting, greenery, and natural surroundings are expected to create a pleasant and inviting ambience.

The 3D design visuals give a glimpse of how this open event space is planned to take shape.

The project is planned to be completed within a short time frame, with each stage carefully coordinated to keep the work progressing efficiently.

🏗️ Project Update | KCCL Head Office – Stage 6

The KCCL Head Office project at Puthukkaad, Thrissur, is now moving closer to its final look with staircase and flooring works progressing alongside the steel structure.

The staircase materials were delivered to the site after being fabricated at the factory with precise measurements. The staircase uses 12 mm thick stringer plates and 4 mm thick step plates, designed to accommodate concrete finishing with wood or granite on top.

Alongside the staircase work, decking sheets were delivered to the site and lifted to the upper level using crane support. Sheet laying has now begun, followed by reinforcement work in preparation for concreting.

Once the decking and concreting works are completed, the project will move further into its finishing stage.

🏗️ Project Update | Bakery Production Unit – Stage 4

The Bakery Production Unit project at Irinjalakuda continues to take shape as the steel structure progresses through another major milestone.

Following the completion of column fixing, the er****on work advanced with rafter installation using crane support. Roof purlins were then installed, followed by the er****on of the main beams and sub beams, giving the structure greater strength and a more defined form.

Along with the purlin work, the canopy er****on has also been completed, bringing the project closer to full structural completion.

The mezzanine floor work has now begun, and the next stage will focus on cladding and roofing, moving the project one step closer to its final form.

🏗️ Project Update | St. James Hospital – Stage 3

The double floor extension project at St. James Hospital, Chalakudy, continues to progress with both factory manufacturing and on-site er****on moving forward simultaneously.

The structural components are manufactured through a systematic process that includes CNC plate cutting, plate marking, drilling, fit-up, quality inspection, welding, visual inspection, cleaning, primer coating, and final painting before being prepared for dispatch.

After manufacturing, the materials are loaded, weighed at the weighbridge, and transported to the project site. Once delivered, they are lifted to the upper level using crane support, allowing the er****on work to continue without delay.

With the columns already in place, beam connections have now begun, making the structural form of the double floor extension clearly visible.

🏗️ Project Completed | Kalyan Silks – Irinjalakuda

From planning to final roofing, the truss work at the Kalyan Silks project near St. Joseph’s College, Irinjalakuda, has now been successfully completed.

The project began with detailed drawings and design planning, followed by the procurement and delivery of MS pipes to the site. The materials were then lifted to the top of the building using crane support, followed by painting and structural frame assembly.

Once the complete truss framework was in place, gutter installation was carried out, followed by the installation of grey Trafford roofing sheets to complete the roofing work.

From the initial planning stage to the final finish, every phase of the truss work was executed with a focus on quality, precision, and long-term performance.

The final aerial view brings the entire transformation together — showcasing the scale, structure, and finished look of the project.

Ring 🏗️ Project Completion | Kalyan Hyper Market Warehouse – Nadathara, Thrissur

The sheet replacement work at the Kalyan Hyper Market warehouse has now been successfully completed.

Spanning approximately 10,000 sq ft, the existing roofing sheets were replaced with Sandwich Panel Sheets to improve thermal performance and create a more comfortable indoor environment.

Sandwich panels help maintain a cooler interior temperature, reduce rain and external noise, and provide better protection against water leakage when installed correctly.

Using crane-assisted installation, the roofing sheets were safely positioned and fitted, delivering a clean, durable, and professional finish.
