‘Lekshmi Nandanam’

This residence, designed for Krishnakumar and family within a serene residential community at Pattom, is conceived around an open and interconnected spatial framework.
A central double-height courtyard forms the core of the house, integrating natural light, ventilation, and greenery into the daily living experience. The courtyard anchors the primary functions—living, dining, puja, and staircase—ensuring visual continuity and seamless spatial flow across both levels.

The design adopts a refined blend of contemporary minimalism and subtle traditional sensibilities—warm material palettes and crafted wooden elements
