This was a unique project, as the basement had already been completed when they approached us. Working within the existing structure, we redesigned and reconstructed a few areas to improve space planning and natural ventilation without adding significant cost.

Designed for Anne’s retired professor parents and her family during their visits from abroad, the home features separate private rooms, dedicated workspaces, a shared prayer area, and spacious kitchen areas tailored to their love for cooking. The entire home reflects the family’s preferred colour palette, enhanced with our signature aesthetic touch. We are grateful to have worked with such wonderful clients, who have become like family to us.

Client – Mr. Justin Jose and family
Year of Completion – 2026

Mr. Justin approached us to design and execute his dream home on a 4.4-cent plot in Pongummmoodu. Designed for a family of seven including the couple, their three children, and their parents, the 1,500 sq. ft. home features 3 bedrooms, a study room, a patio, and a spacious open terrace. With limited outdoor space, the terrace was designed as a safe and private play area for the children using an openable grill enclosure. As both homeowners are government hospital nurses, the home follows a minimalistic design with a calm and peaceful ambiance, creating the perfect retreat after a busy day.
