Industry–Academia Connect at Svenska Institute of Technology

We were delighted to welcome Mr. Ravi Naik, HOD – Mechanical Department, Vedanta, along with his team to Svenska Institute of Technology.

As part of the visit, Mr. Ravi Naik and his team took a walk around our facility and interacted with our students, sharing valuable insights into the Heavy Earth Moving Machinery and Heavy Commercial Vehicle industries.

The interaction gave our students an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Real-world industry practices, emerging technologies, industry expectations, career opportunities, and the skills required to build a successful career in the HEMM and HCV sectors.

Such industry interactions play an important role in bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry requirements, while inspiring our students to become future-ready professionals.
