Avantgarde Design Studio The ADS is a Rajkot based multidisciplinary interior design and architectural firm constituted, in 2006 by Mr Shwetang Monani as their brand.

Designed around the ethos of clean minimalism, this apartment balances high-end sophistication with effortless, everyday practical livability.

Rather than adding unnecessary clutter, we relied on rich, tactile textures—from supple matte leather to dimensional wall finishes—to bring depth and character to every room.

anchored by clean architectural lines and an open spatial flow. Layered textures do the heavy lifting—adding subtle definition and dimension throughout, complimented by statement art.

The result is a refined, low-maintenance sanctuary that proves true luxury lies in simplicity, space, and seamless functionality.

‘Capturing the essence of modern neoclassical design.’

This space is a masterclass in balance, where classical architectural bones meet contemporary luxury. Custom-molded wall paneling and stately columns establish a sense of rhythm and structural grandeur, grounding the room in timeless symmetry.

We paired this architectural drama with a curated selection of modern classical furniture, layered with rich, tactile materials. A faux fireplace acts as the visual anchor of the living zone, while the dining area introduces intricate tapestry upholstery—adding a layer of bespoke, old-world craftsmanship. Bathed in carefully designed ambient lighting, the final result is a sophisticated, highly detailed sanctuary that feels both commanding and deeply inviting.
