I'm extremely happy to share with you, that I am one of the shortlisted architects for A&I digest "Best use of colours in a project" Design Competition....... I had sent one architectural project and one interior design project , two entries for the same.

This was a wonderful opportunity given by my own dad to design his farmhouse. He wanted a very down to earth design giving a village essence . We had two plots with two sanctioned plinths, and compulsion of leaving 10m gap between two plinths.This was the greatest challenge of designing one unit with separated plinths 10m apart. Well we have successfully captured the outstanding view of Rajgad fort, by creating frames and courtyard. Elements like central courtyard, chain spouts creating a frame, Tulsi vrindavan as focal point with background of greenery, stone structure and sloping roofs, play of light and shadows are USP of our design. We have retained all the existing trees and designed as per their location.

Feeling great to share few pics of my 2017 completed project at Koregaon park.Lot of civil work, lot of detailing in designs, and we were impatient to see the final product. I am really blessed with a very cooperative client and who showed lot of faith in me. Thanks to my ex*****on team who worked hard to make my designs come true. This time as a sensitive architect i have used Bamboo as an interior and landscape element. Looking forward to use Bamboo as construction material soon in near future.

This is a penthouse designed for a Shippy keeping in mind his colourful personality. It was a challenge for us to design a youthful yet soothing, elegant and sophisticated interiors.
