We have an urgent requirement for female candidates for the Quality Department of a leading bearing manufacturing company. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, testing, and adherence to quality standards. This position is on a third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspection of bearings as per quality standards
Measure components using UD Apparatus & Dial gauge & Visual Inspection
Identify defects and ensure 100% inspection with zero customer complaints.
Maintain quality inspection records and reports
Follow ISO / quality system procedures and company guidelines
Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with safety and quality norms
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only
Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Mechanical or relevant field preferred)
Basic knowledge of quality inspection in manufacturing
Ability to read engineering drawings is an advantage
Willingness to work in shifts if required
Skills Required
Basic understanding of quality control processes
Knowledge of measuring instruments
Documentation and reporting skills
Teamwork and communication skills
