🌿Blending into the scenery 🌿

“Rooted in strength, reaching for the sky—together we thrive, side by side.”

When we started planning the dining and activity area for this Sports and Activity Centre for PwD(People with disability), this beautiful, mature Jamun tree🌿
stood right in the footprint of our design.
While others suggested replanting the tree to clear the space, as the design team at KUL Konzepts, we saw a different vision. We wanted this incredible tree to be an integral part of the whole area—a living centerpiece rather than an obstacle.
Owners were absolutely thrilled and gave us their full backing infact they wanted this very family member stay there only...
When local experts warned us that its chances of survival during a relocation were slim, our decision was sealed. For us, removing it was never an option.Instead, we decided to keep the Jamun tree exactly where it stood. We designed the entire structure around it, allowing its trunk to rise beautifully right through the roof.
Even though the project is still in its developing stage, this tree has already become the stunning focal point of the space. It stands as a powerful symbol of resilience, growth, and inclusion.
We are absolutely sure that once the center opens, our guests and visitors are going to truly enjoy this space.
Coexisting with nature has given this center a heart and soul that no architecture could ever replicate.

A Home That Breathes...

Right in the central pocket of Pune, we’ve shaped a home that stays calm even in the middle of it all. We let it breathe. An ideal house for a young-at-heart, enthusiastic couple .

At KUL Konzepts, we believe a space should work hard and still feel effortless.Nothing extra. Everything intentional.

The brief was simple: make it easy to live in. No clutter. No heavy corners. Just light, and room to move.

The living room is where it truly exhales. It opens straight to the terrace — fresh air drifts in,big trees spill through, and the whole space picks up positive vibes. Right there, we dropped a low-height sitting nook. It’s informal, relaxed — the kind of corner where conversations stretch.

The dining feels just as easy. We gave it a cozy spot by a grand window, so morning light pours straight into the kitchen. Meals happen in a wash of sun.

At the heart of it all, we placed the Puja. Central, calm, grounding. It sets the tone for the whole house — a quiet, good feeling that stays with you.

In the bedrooms, we carved out window seats. They catch the breeze, the light, the slow parts of the day. Places to sit with chai and let the outside in.

The materials don’t shout. They hum. Soft, thoughtful you feel more than you see....

Some call it work.
I call it Purpose..Real satisfaction..

Walking the sacred lanes where Lord Krishna once stayed, you can feel His magical presence still woven into the air. Cows move gently along these ancient roads.

Once, it was Sudarshana that turned the tides. Today, wind mills spin against the same sky, giving us clean, alternative energy for tomorrow.

And here I am - working with a sustainable organization, bringing inclusive design and accessibility into these timeless, holy places — that fulfillment is complete in itself.

This is more than a project. It’s devotion without barriers.
And here I’m searching for many more such meaningful purposes.

KUL Konzepts' minimalist design approach, characterized by careful attention to detail, guided the creation of a home for a young couple with two children.
The clients desired a living space that would cater to their inherent preference for comfort and individuality. In response, the design elegantly blended contemporary life with earthy elements, using vibrant colors and textures set against a fresh grey and white canvas to beautifully reflect the owners' unique tastes and style.
