A facade conceived as a public statement.

Rooted in narrative, climate responsiveness, and material expression, Vortex 21 was envisioned as a contemporary landmark within its town square—an architecture that engages with the public realm while creating a sanctuary within.

Rama Galleria is envisioned as a pedestrian-first retail destination where sit-out courts, shaded pause points, and layered landscape become an integral part of the experience. The open spaces between the built forms are designed not just for circulation, but for interaction, rest, and everyday public life.

Softscape edges, interactive pockets, and intuitive pathways create a seamless flow across the site—allowing the landscape to guide movement while adding comfort and rhythm to the retail environment.

From active retail frontages to quieter green pauses, every space contributes to a more breathable and engaging commercial experience.

At the entrance of Rama World, the experience starts before the architecture itself—with a pause, a reflection, and a sense of arrival.

The large fountain is envisioned not as an accessory, but as an anchor—defining identity, creating memory, and transforming entry into experience.

Designing at scale demands clarity, coordination, and constant adaptability.

500+ flats.
25 floors.
2 basements.
1000+ car parking.

For our Bavdhan Highrise residential project, we prepared a fully coordinated drawing set using BIM — covering ground floor, typical floors, sections, and elevations.

The real game changer:�We handled multiple revisions at the same time, across all drawings, without coordination errors.
This level of control and efficiency is only possible when the entire project is built as a single intelligent model — not fragmented drawings.

Most homes are built on the land.
This one is built from it.

Fragrance of Earth — a rammed earth farmhouse set within a mango orchard in Madhya Pradesh — is now published on

Formed using the very soil beneath the site, the walls were compacted layer by layer, allowing the building to quite literally rise out of its own landscape. The result is architecture that feels grounded, tactile, and deeply connected to its climate and context.

At a time when construction is becoming faster and more industrial, projects like this ask a simple question:

Could the future of architecture lie in rediscovering the intelligence of ancient materials?

When I envisioned “Fragrance of Earth”, my intention was not to create a statement bungalow.

It was to craft a space that belongs — to its landscape, to its climate, and to the passage of time.

Nestled in a mango orchard, the bungalow emerges from rammed earth, with deliberate openings and disciplined proportions. Every element serves a purpose, stripping away the unnecessary.

There is nothing superfluous.

To me, luxury is exactitude.
It is restraint exercised with confidence.
It is allowing material, light, and structure to exist without excess.

For those who value permanence, architecture must transcend admiration and endure.
