Recently, I held a plant sale and dispatched all orders through India Post. Unfortunately, almost all of the parcels reached their destinations in damaged condition despite being packed securely in sturdy 3-ply cardboard boxes.
I know how disappointing it is to receive a damaged plant, so I will be sending replacement plants to everyone affected.
Going forward, I will be switching to DTDC for shipping. Their office is much closer to my home, and based on my previous experience, my DTDC shipments have arrived safely without damage.
Unless someone specifically requests India Post, all future orders will be shipped via DTDC.
