Sometimes, a mistake doesn’t look like a mistake immediately.

In this penthouse project,
a wall had already been constructed.

But later, it became clear that the wall was blocking one of the biggest strengths of the space, the view.

The original layout closed off the openness the penthouse deserved.

So during ex*****on,
we had to break the existing wall and redesign the area with glass to keep the space visually open and connected to the outside but the correction came with extra work, additional cost, and avoidable changes.

This is why planning matters before ex*****on begins. Because once construction starts, even small changes become expensive decisions.

A home should be designed around how you want to experience the space, not just around walls.
