Coming soon to our feed is one of our most ambitious projects yet- say hello to 'Kapok House', fondly christened the 'House of Revival', a restoration project of a 60 year old Goan home.
A project that took 9 months of ex*****on time, saw so much through those months, a home that made us fall in love with restoration and old homes, is finally a luxury homestay for all to enjoy!

In hindsight, what was magical was probably the fact that we designed the home as if it were our own. Holiday homes sometimes present the opportunity to design for self. Most importantly, the clients trusting us with our vision is instrumental in the home shaping up the way it has. A home that has evolved with time, design decisions that have taken shape over endless discussions on the balcao, basically a 'project' that we called 'home' for over a year🤍

Here's presenting our most recent handover, 'A Slice of Ubud'- a beautiful 3000sqft, nature-centric villa in Varca, South Goa. This 4 bedroom tropical home with Balinese influences is home to a lovely family.
Large, full length windows, high ceilings and skylights allow for ample sunlight and nature to come right in to the home. The rear side features a pool and whirlpool bath that juts into the layout, acting as a separator between the common and private spaces. A stunning Frangipani tree separating the living and dining areas, dances in the light from a skylight above. When we say nature-centric, we go all in to bring nature into the home in all ways possible!
For us, architecture, interior and landscape design go hand in hand with all important facets planned out together right at the beginning.

Urban Jungle | Architecture + Interiors

Designed for a family of four and their dog, this home in the quiet bylanes of tropical Ratnagiri redefines the concept of Biophilia. Nicknamed ‘Urban Jungle’, the openness of the layout and the intertwined greenery throughout spaces within an urban fabric is the essence of the home. This 3000 sqft, 5 bedroom villa is a contemporary Indian home that reflects the disposition of the home owners. They are private people with a love for all things green, yet inside, very colourful and energetic at heart. The stark difference between the common and private spaces resonates with the personalities of the homeowners.
